Work Environment

You will work onsite in a collaborative clinic setting that fosters teamwork and communication among healthcare professionals. The facility is equipped with modern medical technology and resources to assist in delivering comprehensive care. The typical work schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with some evenings required until 8:00 p.m. Additionally, you may participate in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends, totaling approximately 40 hours of work each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, including thorough patient histories and physical examinations, to accurately diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Deliver preventive care services, such as vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling, to individuals and families.
• Plan and implement health education initiatives in collaboration with community organizations to improve health literacy and promote healthy behaviors.
• Advocate for patients' rights and navigate barriers to healthcare access by ensuring culturally sensitive care.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care for patients, facilitating continuity of care within the healthcare system.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in community outreach efforts by participating in health fairs, providing free screenings, and collaborating with local health initiatives.
• Stay current with best practices, emerging public health trends, and relevant policies to inform patient care and community health strategies.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits
