Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s mental health challenges, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and adaptable treatment plans aligned with therapeutic goals.

• Deliver therapy sessions in individual, group, and family formats, employing a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to the client's unique needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with strategies and tools to cope with acute mental health episodes.

• Uphold meticulous record-keeping by documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a well-rounded care approach for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment approaches, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities, staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will engage with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• Current licensing as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
