Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly evidence-based individual therapy sessions with adult clients via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care that meets each client's unique needs.
• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Document all interactions and interventions in a timely manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning through peer consultation, supervision, and professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patient population is diverse, reflecting various backgrounds and experiences. Your role is vital in helping these individuals tap into their strengths and navigate their path to recovery through thoughtful and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensing: Must be fully licensed with one of the following credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted, and applicants must have no history of disciplinary actions affecting their licenses.
• Strong ability to assess client needs and formulate effective treatment plans based on professional evaluations and recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a deep commitment to fostering an empathetic and supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology, including virtual therapy platforms, EHR systems, and various office applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing virtual therapy, particularly in managing diverse caseloads of adult clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment methodologies relevant to mental health counseling.
• Previous collaborative experience within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
