Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure alignment with established therapeutic goals.
• Offer guidance and tools to empower clients in overcoming their challenges, enhancing their coping strategies, and building resilience.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure holistic treatment for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting all interactions and treatment details in compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Your role will include providing culturally responsive care, recognizing the distinct backgrounds and experiences that affect mental health. Your expertise will allow you to tailor interventions that resonate with each individual's circumstances, fostering a trusting and productive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW in the State of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of various mental health disorders.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches and demonstrating cultural competence in therapy.
• Knowledge and experience in providing both individual and group therapy sessions, with a focus on inclusivity.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
