Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that lead to personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address an array of mental health concerns.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings enhancing your skills while fostering a culture of shared learning within the organization.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality of all patient information.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journeys.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and research in mental health to provide the most current and effective treatment options.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be supporting a diverse patient population with varying mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Ability to adeptly employ solution-focused interventions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and engage with team members effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to assess client situations and develop effective strategies for treatment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT.
• Prior work in outpatient settings or with diverse patient populations is highly desirable.
