Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, establish clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting modalities to suit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive the care and attention they require during critical moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
