Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population within the Oak Ridge community. Our patients come from various backgrounds, experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and complex behavioral issues. As part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you will work closely with vulnerable communities, addressing their unique social determinants of health and providing equitable care for all.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field is required.

• Valid and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) License.

• Proficient knowledge in mental health assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques, including DSM-IV diagnosis.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge effective collaborative relationships with staff, patients, and community stakeholders.

• Ability to maintain comprehensive clinical records and prepare related documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
