Work Environment

Our Bonita Springs outpatient office is a warm and welcoming space designed to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation. Working onsite, you will experience a vibrant atmosphere where teamwork and communication are emphasized. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with orthopedic injuries or conditions to develop precise and individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and administer therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective recovery outcomes.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and healthcare providers, providing insights into patient progress and recommendations for continuum of care.
• Uphold exemplary customer service standards by ensuring respectful interactions with all patients, regardless of age or cultural background.
• Document treatment plans, evaluations, and patient interactions meticulously, adhering to all relevant laws and professional standards to maintain compliance and support quality patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, outcomes, and home exercise programs to enhance engagement and support recovery.
• Maintain regular communication with physicians and referral sources to ensure cohesive care and alignment with patient health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients presenting with a range of orthopedic concerns, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Each day, you will engage with diverse client populations, tailoring treatment approaches to ensure accessibility and responsiveness to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy or a related field, showcasing proficiency in evaluation and treatment techniques.
• Valid CPR certification.

Preferred Experience
