Work Environment\n

As a remote clinician, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to compassionate care. Our clinic is open from Monday through Saturday, allowing you flexibility in setting your work schedule. We provide in-house credentialing and management of your insurance participation, making it easier for you to focus on what you do best—helping others.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, families, and groups, to tailor interventions that address their unique needs.

• Use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to implement effective treatment plans and promote client progress.

• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes thoroughly to ensure effective communication within the care team and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss treatment interventions and share insights about client progress with your colleagues.

• Provide case management services by collaborating with hospital and community resources, ensuring clients have access to a comprehensive support network.

• Maintain ethical standards and timely documentation for all patient interactions, complying with the department’s expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population seeking outpatient mental health support. Clients may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your clinical expertise will help guide them through their journeys toward improved emotional well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your proficiency in delivering high-quality care.

• Comfort and willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on client needs and your availability.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient therapy settings or specific therapeutic modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or trauma-informed care, is favorable. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and insurance protocols will also enhance your integration into our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
