Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and screenings for patients, employing evidence-based methodologies to gather pertinent health history and perform physical examinations.
• Diagnose and actively manage both acute and chronic heart conditions, ensuring timely interventions and the implementation of preventive care strategies focused on optimizing cardiovascular health.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, prescribing necessary medications, and monitoring patient responses to treatment to adapt care plans as necessary.
• Perform and interpret a variety of cardiac tests such as ECGs and echocardiograms, providing patients with immediate feedback and education about their cardiac health.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families about cardiovascular conditions, prevention methods, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of medication adherence.
• Maintain precise medical records using comprehensive electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while facilitating continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiologists, nurses, and community health organizations, to develop and promote heart health education initiatives tailored to the needs of the underserved populations.
• Stay current with advances in cardiology by engaging in continuing education opportunities and participating in relevant training programs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program, demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and skills.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in a cardiology setting, with demonstrable expertise in managing complex cardiac conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
