Work Environment

This position is located onsite, primarily within our outpatient practice setting. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, without the demands of nights, weekends, or on-call duties, which allows for a balanced work-life schedule. The environment fosters cooperation among Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Registered Nurses, and administrative support staff as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient wellness.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner with Mountain Top Cardiology Consultants, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, including taking detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Managing chronic conditions such as hypertension and high cholesterol, and addressing both acute and chronic cardiovascular issues like coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and arrhythmias.
• Providing outpatient Electrophysiology services, including evaluations for patients with abnormal electrocardiograms.
• Performing stress testing and other diagnostic procedures as necessary for patient management.
• Prescribing medications and developing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising cardiologists.
• Referring patients to specialized cardiology services and ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Educating patients and family members about cardiovascular health, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, from young adults to seniors, who present with varying degrees of cardiovascular health issues, including both common and complex conditions. Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
