Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner focusing on Cardiology, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments to determine the health status of individuals with cardiovascular issues.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as electrocardiograms (EKGs), echocardiograms, and various laboratory studies to formulate accurate treatment plans.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that align with the patients' medical history and current health concerns.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding cardiac health, lifestyle modifications, and chronic disease management.
• Utilizing advanced medical equipment to monitor patients' vital signs and cardiovascular function.
• Documenting patient encounters, including medical histories, diagnostics, and treatment plans, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Making necessary referrals to specialists when encountering complex cardiovascular cases.

Qualifications
