Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to clients of various ages, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and social wellbeing, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to address the unique challenges faced by your clients.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and community health partners to ensure holistic and coordinated care delivery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including children, teenagers, and adults, each presenting unique mental health needs. You'll be responsible for addressing various conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, providing therapeutic services to clients.

• The ability to professionally evaluate and make well-informed decisions regarding treatment planning and implementations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a kind and empathetic demeanor toward all clients.
