You will work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. This role emphasizes building therapeutic relationships that empower clients to share their experiences openly and engage actively in their path to well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current licensure to practice independently in your state, including but not limited to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice without supervision, ensuring clients receive prompt and effective care.

• No disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

• Proficiency in computer systems and technology for remote therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on your working hours and client load. Additional benefits include:
