Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, implementing effective therapeutic techniques to establish rapport and develop positive working relationships.

• Conduct regular client progress reviews to assess stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when warranted.

• Develop, execute, and regularly monitor customized person-centered treatment plans, ensuring that client goals and therapeutic objectives are being met.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, complying with ethical and legal standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to better understand clients' mental health needs and create an initial treatment framework.

As an LPC at Advantage Psychotherapy Services, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients in an outpatient setting. This includes individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with computer applications such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and telehealth platforms like PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience. Additionally, our compensation structure operates on a Fee-for-Service model, providing guaranteed rates paid promptly to alleviate waiting periods for reimbursements.
