Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their specific physical conditions and symptoms, tailoring assessments to each individual.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions utilizing evidence-based practices and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and functionality.
• Educate patients on proper therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring they understand how to safely and effectively perform exercises at home.
• Administer stimulating therapies such as massage or electrotherapy to enhance healing, alleviate pain, and improve mobility.
• Guide patients in the utilization of mobility aids, including wheelchairs and walkers, to facilitate independence in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress toward rehabilitation goals and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding at-home treatment options and strategies for continued recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographics are diverse, serving a wide range of age groups and diagnoses. From pediatric cases to geriatric rehabilitation, we cater to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of California.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in technology, including word processing and electronic health record systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of patient needs and treatment scenarios, demonstrating agility in your approach.

Preferred Experience

While we hope to find someone with a strong passion for helping others, a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies is beneficial in our diverse clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
