As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work Monday to Friday in a 40-hour shift inside our rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with referring physicians.

• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, exercises, and self-management strategies to promote recovery and prevent re-injury.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Optimal Recovery Physical Therapy Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population encompassing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. This variety allows you to enhance your clinical skills and adapt therapeutic techniques to meet each patient's unique needs. You'll play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence, provide pain relief, and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• A valid Physical Therapy state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Strong computer and word processing skills to document patient progress and manage records.
• A passion for building relationships with patients to support them in achieving their functional goals and enhancing their recovery experience.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with various populations, including those with complex medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
