Albright Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. This position operates entirely remotely through our telehealth platform, allowing you to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. The telehealth setting ensures that you can maintain a work-life balance while engaging with clients through secure video conferencing tools. You will have the resources necessary to create a supportive virtual environment for therapy, all while benefiting from our organization’s commitment to minimal paperwork and rapid client referrals.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the individual goals of your clients, incorporating evidence-based strategies and interventions.
• Deliver individual therapy focused on adults through virtual sessions, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, assisting clients with immediate support in emergency situations to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current on best practices and evolving trends in mental health therapy.
• Utilize our advanced therapist dashboard to manage client appointments effectively and streamline session documentation, ensuring a high level of focus on client care.

Your work will predominantly involve adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will cater to a diverse population, adjusting your therapeutic approaches based on each client's unique background and circumstances. By delivering tailored care, you will directly contribute to improved client outcomes and foster resilience in those you serve.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Demonstrable skills in effective communication, actively listening, and establishing rapport with clients.
• Proven capacity for empathy, maintaining a non-judgmental stance, and demonstrating compassion in client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases effectively.
• No prior history of disciplinary actions within your licensing board.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or with a diverse client population.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Experience providing crisis intervention services.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, reflective of your individual caseload and experience.
