Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status using structured diagnostic tools to gauge emotional and psychological well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' specific needs and personal goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that may include individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to promote healing and growth.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention support, enabling clients to cope during critical moments effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, adhering to the legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic care approach for clients.
• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health through ongoing education and participation in professional training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a deep understanding of various therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members alike.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a successful track record in various therapeutic modalities. Familiarity with community health settings and experience in crisis intervention will be considered advantageous.
