We are looking for licensed professionals to join our team in a full-time remote capacity, specializing in providing telehealth therapy services. This position offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload management.

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose clients' mental health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Engage in individual therapy sessions using diverse evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring approaches are personalized for efficacy.
• Work closely with clients to identify therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer remote sessions or may face accessibility challenges, ensuring all clients receive quality care regardless of location.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of sessions while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain current with evolving practices in the mental health field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the cultivation of safe and trusting relationships with clients.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach, demonstrating a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' personal experiences.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently while fulfilling administrative requirements.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is preferred.
• Interest in working with specific populations, including children or families, would be beneficial.
