This role is uniquely positioned in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility that enables you to better serve your clients. Though the primary function is conducted virtually, you will be part of a collaborative team that values professional growth and peer support. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs, underlying issues, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities suited to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly assess their progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure efficacy of care.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to offer accessible therapy options for clients who may face mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and communication.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and supervision to continually enhance expertise and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to develop trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting clients in their mental health journeys.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads efficiently.

• Prior experience in delivering therapy within a community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms.
• Demonstrated success in using evidence-based therapies that align with our holistic approach to mental health care.

• Attractive yearly compensation in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and client caseload.
