• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions for clients, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to monitor patient progress and inform treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic techniques to a diverse clientele, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, maintaining an open dialogue to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Your role will involve engaging with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational challenges. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating your ability to handle complex client needs effectively.
• Strong clinical skills and a proven track record of success in providing innovative solutions for therapeutic challenges.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is an advantage, especially working with underserved populations.

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload capacity.
