Diamond Grove Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. The position is fully remote, allowing our therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes while utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology. • Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and emotional well-being.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress through consistent evaluations, and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing immediate emotional distress or challenges.
• Maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality, in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive care approach.
• Engage in ongoing education to stay current with developments in mental health treatment methodologies.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and address case-related concerns.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards as mandated by relevant licensing boards.

You will be primarily working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. The flexible telehealth format allows for reaching clients who may have barriers to traditional in-person therapy, thus expanding our access to care and catering to varying needs.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is essential for this role.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are pivotal for effective treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathy and compassion for clients are necessary traits for addressing their mental health challenges.
