Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage connection and shared learning among clients, enhancing their sense of community and support.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored psychological support through one-on-one sessions, helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings, while developing effective coping mechanisms and action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on their individual goals and incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document clients’ progress, utilizing various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care, share insights, and consult on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who present with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
