Work Environment

As a Nurse Practitioner at Handspring Clinical Services, you will work onsite at our outpatient office located in the vibrant community of Yonkers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and physical exams to formulate diagnoses, thereby guiding the development of tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and patient-focused.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, while managing medication prescriptions and therapeutic procedures according to best practices and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health promotion techniques, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare strategies, helping them take an active role in their health.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure a continuum of care through appropriate referrals and care coordination.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date electronic medical records that reflect the ongoing treatment of patients and comply with both organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will serve a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
