All clients are prescreened, ensuring they are stable and present with low acuity cases. This structured approach allows therapists to focus on relationship-building and sustained, meaningful therapeutic engagements. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. \n Possession of an independent license to practice as a mental health therapist in the state of Nevada (such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW), as provisional or limited licenses are not accepted. \n Proficiency in making professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment plans. \n Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions. \n Strong computer literacy, enabling efficient use of digital tools for therapy and administration. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in remote therapy settings or those familiar with telehealth practices will be prioritized. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities and cultural competence in working with varied populations will be advantageous.
