Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs, based on evaluations of physical, mental, and social factors.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education, to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Monitor patient progress systematically, documenting treatment outcomes and making necessary adjustments to care plans to ensure efficacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on the nature of their conditions, rehabilitation techniques, and preventive care measures to foster understanding and compliance.
• Guide patients in the use of assistive devices and adaptive technologies that promote functional independence.
• Stay updated on industry best practices through continuous professional development, including attending workshops and participating in professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with patients recovering from surgeries, traumatic injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other medical challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and an active licensure to practice in the State of New Jersey are required.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
