Work Environment

This Physical Therapist role will be based onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions, in a friendly and supportive manner.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate and train patients, their caregivers, and family members on self-management techniques, exercise regimens, and the proper use of assistive devices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, collaborating with peers, and staying current with advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and standard computer software.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting, demonstrating effective patient care practices.
• Experience with home health care is a plus, as it allows you to work with patients in their own environments.
• Completion of a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is advantageous and may provide further clinical insights.
