Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to create tailored treatment programs for patients referred by physicians.
• Implement and oversee a range of rehabilitation therapies, modifying treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
• Document patient care plans and treatment responses accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Engage in patient education, providing valuable resources and training for patients and their caregivers to promote understanding and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care strategies that optimize patient outcomes and recovery times.
• Monitor and report on patient progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions where necessary to meet their functional goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, pediatric patients, those with neurological conditions, and athletes requiring sports rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

• Proficient in computer skills and experience with electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
