Description What You'll Do

• Assist with specimen collection and ensure samples are ready for analysis as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures, mentor new staff or trainees, and help preserve laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment while complying with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of starting employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
