This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and assessments from your own home while maintaining meaningful interactions with your colleagues and patients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments considering each patient's medical history and current physical health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Collaborate closely with medical professionals to ensure cohesive patient care, including regular updates on treatment progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, guiding patients to appropriate resources.

• Educate patients on the interrelationship between their mental and physical health, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, making use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing mental health needs within the context of medical conditions.

• Experience working in integrated care settings and collaborating with healthcare providers.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic and supportive interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
