Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, utilizing pertinent history information, conducting specialized assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting rehabilitation goals.

• Implement treatment protocols that are tailored to the patient's specific condition and are responsive to changes in their healthcare status.

• Consult with interdisciplinary teams as necessary, documenting any changes in patient conditions and modifying care plans accordingly.

• Oversee appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care, maintaining timely and accurate documentation reflecting the patient's treatment journey.

• Exhibit excellent time management skills by efficiently managing patient schedules and meeting productivity benchmarks.

• Contribute to the departmental goals and objectives through active engagement in continuing education and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Promote a positive patient experience by being adaptable and responsive to their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working primarily with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience is not required, candidates with a minimum of one year of relevant practice in physical therapy are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
