Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to identify their emotional, social, and psychological needs, using standardized assessment tools along with clinical interviews.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans that align with client goals, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques and approaches to best meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate access to resources and comprehensive follow-up care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical observations in adherence to ethical and legal standards, leveraging secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse array of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to create a comprehensive care approach that holistically addresses client needs.

• Educate and empower clients as well as their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and best interests.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices and innovations in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
