Work Environment\n

The position entails a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to create a schedule that aligns with both your personal and professional commitments. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, and you will have the autonomy to manage your therapy sessions in a way that provides optimal care to your clients. We facilitate in-house credentialing and assist with insurance participation and scheduling, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping others.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, each designed to meet the diverse needs of your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and develop tailored intervention plans.

• Manage the initial intake process by triaging care appropriately, ensuring each client receives timely and relevant support.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, actively participating in patient rounds and meetings to communicate treatment progress and adjust care plans accordingly.

• Demonstrate proficiency in providing evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to effectively address client needs and improve mental health outcomes.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of all documentation related to patient assessments and treatment plans, maintaining accurate records as per departmental guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with a diverse outpatient clientele, which includes individuals of all ages—from children to seniors—facing varying mental health challenges. Your sensitive approach and skill set will enable you to effectively address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates for this role must possess the following:

• Lifespan licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
