We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at Village Behavioral Health Clinic in Tucson, Arizona. Work Environment\n

As a Remote LMFT, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. While the position primarily allows for telehealth sessions, you will also engage with clients in our outpatient office when necessary, providing you with the flexibility to adapt your therapy styles to meet client needs. Our team comprises professionals dedicated to bridging the gaps in our community’s mental health resources.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve their therapy goals.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring thorough documentation and case notes per company policy.
\n
• Provide compassionate customer service to clients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to meet community health needs.
\n
• Utilize creativity and innovative therapeutic approaches to inspire clients to overcome emotional and psychological barriers.
\n
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client wellbeing.
\n
• Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each therapy session in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges. Whether providing family therapy, supporting individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, or helping couples improve their relationships, your work will be crucial in fostering resilience and emotional health within the Tucson community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Strong familiarity with mental health documentation, including completing diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
\n
• Experience working with a diverse range of populations including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while modeling stability and support for clients.
\n
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to enhance interactions with clients and team members.
\n
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience within a community mental health setting is highly desirable.

• A general knowledge of the resources available within the community to provide additional support to clients.

• Comfort and experience with fee collection at the time of service to facilitate smooth operational workflow.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
