Work Environment\n

Our mental health professionals primarily work remotely but remain integral members of our outpatient office team. This innovative work setting promotes flexibility while maintaining a collaborative spirit. You will engage with colleagues through virtual meetings, ensuring a seamless exchange of insights and strategies to benefit our clientele. While the standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you may occasionally need to adjust your schedule to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess each patient’s unique history with trauma.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and the development of resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, enhance coping skills, and promote personal recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic treatment for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services in the event of trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctor’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or psychologist.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and an ability to implement trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
