Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans with clients to set and achieve their mental health goals.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement and review progress on treatment plans in collaboration with clients and adjust as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Work with other treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care and refer clients to additional resources when required.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Keep a manageable caseload to provide quality service to each client, ensuring regular follow-up and intervention as needed.

• Participate in staff meetings and collaborative discussions to share best practices and enhance the therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients seeking mental health support, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
