Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges, goals, and needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to the developmental stage and specific concerns of each client, including issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's transitions.

• Collaboratively create personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions with client input, ensuring measurable and achievable goals are in place.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and guiding them toward stabilization.

• Help clients and their families understand mental health issues, teaching them effective coping strategies and introducing them to community resources that can enhance their support networks.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, accurately documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines related to counseling, ensuring informed consent and confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Show cultural sensitivity and competence in working with a diverse client population, valuing each client's unique background and experiences.
