This role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Orlando. Key Responsibilities

• Direct therapeutic interventions focused on preventing disability, alleviating pain, and developing functional muscle performance tailored to each patient's individual care plan.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate the patient's physical capabilities, utilizing diagnostic tests specifically designed for muscle, joint, and functional abilities.
• Administer individualized treatment programs that may include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the application of physical agents.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure precise implementation of therapy regimens and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary based on observed changes in condition.
• Prepare detailed clinical documentation including evaluations, progress notes, care plans, and discharge summaries as part of ongoing patient records and compliance requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to comprehensive case discussions and sharing insights on patient progress.
• Instruct patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, ensuring they understand how to use therapeutic devices and the rationale behind their treatment protocols.
• Evaluate and recommend adjustments for prosthetic and orthotic devices, collaborating closely with physicians for optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices in orthopedic physical therapy, and engage in continued education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
