Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, ensuring alignment with their individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical capabilities and establish tailored treatment protocols that target specific health goals.

• Administer skilled therapeutic interventions, maintaining a strong focus on patient engagement and ongoing assessment to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers in therapeutic practices, proper exercise techniques, and the correct use of therapeutic devices to empower them in their recovery processes.

• Manage and prioritize a caseload, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care among team members, while also facilitating a smooth transition for patients within the continuum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be serving a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric cases requiring early intervention to adult patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic orthopedic conditions. Your therapeutic services will be designed to promote independence, mobility, and recovery, all while ensuring that each patient feels valued and cared for within our therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is required.

• Possession of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is mandatory within the first 30 days of employment.

• No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for newly graduated physiotherapists to gain hands-on experience and mentorship.

Preferred Experience

• Prior clinical internship or practicum experience in a rehabilitation or orthopedics setting will be advantageous but is not mandatory.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus as you will be expected to maintain accurate patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
