Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver structured, evidence-based therapy programs over an 8-week span, engaging with patients through telehealth to monitor their progress and offer targeted support.

• Document salient session notes and monitor participant progress meticulously, providing follow-up communications as needed to ensure proper care coordination.
\n
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team, assisting participants in navigating available resources, including obtaining the necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Identify high-risk participant situations, responding swiftly to elevated safety concerns by adhering to company protocols, ensuring client welfare is a priority.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing insights and receiving guidance to refine your therapeutic techniques.

• Uphold the dignity and confidentiality of all client interactions in accordance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, meeting annual compliance training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Oasis of Healing Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and challenges. Your role will involve addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, using tailored therapeutic interventions. By focusing on actionable skills and building healthy, life-long habits, you will directly impact the quality of care and outcomes for all participants.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) will also be considered.

• A strong commitment to maintaining a consistent patient schedule, which is essential for fostering therapeutic relationships.
\n
• Clinical expertise in delivering psychotherapy using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• A passion for making a meaningful difference in the field of behavioral health care.

• Full compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote employees and the ability to adapt in a remote work setting.

• Compliance with our drug-free workplace policy, including passing a drug test prior to employment.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with digital therapeutic platforms will be advantageous. A spirit of collaboration, previous roles in multidisciplinary teams, and additional certifications in relevant therapeutic approaches can enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, you will benefit from:
