Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions through video conferencing, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities that align with each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the client's mental health objectives.

• Facilitating insightful discussions to help clients explore their feelings and experiences to promote self-awareness and personal growth.

• Regularly monitoring clients’ progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults who are looking for support to improve their mental health. Clients may present with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Your role is pivotal in guiding them through Therapists will address key concerns while helping them build resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of one of the following active licenses: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or limitation on the license.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a genuine empathetic approach towards client care.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain client documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote therapeutic setting, particularly via telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
