Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client demographic that includes uninsured individuals and those covered by employer-sponsored programs. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required, along with a valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of California.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices and client engagement.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Proficient in documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records, with the ability to review and proofread documents for clarity and accuracy.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience in community mental health settings or working with underserved populations will be given preference. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and tools, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
