Work Environment

This role is based in our vibrant outpatient office in the Bronx, where our team thrives on collaboration and innovation. Working onsite Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, you will be part of a friendly and inclusive team that values open communication and professional growth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for a wide range of clients, including children and adults, assessing their specific needs and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to monitor treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to goals and interventions.
• Document all patient interactions, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure timely and accurate records.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process and any challenges they may encounter during recovery.
• Meet utilization goals and other performance metrics to contribute to the clinic's overall success.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients who receive multiple services.

You will work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletic injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in New York, as issued by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Willingness to conduct physical therapy evaluations and deliver treatments both in-person and via telehealth modalities when appropriate.
• A strong passion for improving the lives of a diverse patient population and a flexible, adaptable demeanor in response to the evolving healthcare landscape.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
