Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and assessments of patients to develop evidence-based treatment plans that address specific functional limitations and disabilities.
• Implement and modify treatment protocols based on real-time patient evaluations and feedback, ensuring effective progression through therapy.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including treatment notes, assessments, and charge submissions as per regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Participate in departmental leadership functions, including community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, program development, and supervision of support staff.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at workshops, in-services, and continuing education courses to stay current with industry best practices.
• Supervise and support assigned therapy assistants and aides, ensuring their alignment with treatment goals and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
