Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological health, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are rooted in their unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate records of each client's progress and treatment plans, complying with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and data.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position provides an opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor/Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.
