Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will involve a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring clients receive individualized attention that meets their specific needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and intake interviews to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, laying the groundwork for a successful therapeutic journey.

• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure integrated care, including communication with primary care providers, schools, and local organizations to support client wellness.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of each client's progress and the interventions applied, complying with ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele that spans various age groups and backgrounds, offering a holistic approach to mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a valid, fully licensed credential to practice independently in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and applicants must demonstrate a clear record without disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to the base salary, we provide:
