Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices, to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals. Your clinical skills will be pivotal in navigating initial evaluations.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to provide empowering psychotherapy sessions. Your empathy and active listening will be foundational for forming deep therapeutic relationships.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. This ensures the highest level of ethical standards and provides necessary continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
