Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, relevant strengths, and available resources in their lives.

• Deliver individualized therapy, along with family and group therapy sessions, utilizing best-practice approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to create and implement comprehensive and client-centered treatment plans tailored to each individual's specific needs and challenges.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to promote a community approach to healing.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring that safety planning is in place for clients facing immediate psychological distress.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with both ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure continuity of care and compliance.

• Engage with clients to set their therapeutic goals and regularly review progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Document and manage case notes while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to support exemplary care delivery.

This position focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse clientele, primarily individuals facing end-of-life challenges and their families. You will work with clients experiencing complex emotional needs such as grief, anxiety, and depression related to their situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, preparing you with the necessary skills and theoretical foundations for effective practice.
