Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Assess client needs through thorough evaluations and regularly develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and progress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately according to state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Provide crisis intervention for families in acute distress, guiding them through stabilization and conflict resolution strategies effectively.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by consulting with other healthcare providers, social workers, and support staff to create a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A solid background in mental health treatment, with at least two years of direct clinical experience working with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
